Panos brings 20 years of experience in the areas of business transformation, organisational restructuring, recruiting strategies and training for numerous organisations, ranging from SMEs to Fortune 500. He currently leads the Advisory services of People for Business, assisting companies in forming optimal organisational structures and business cultures. He has also mentored and coached many start-ups throughout his career and hold the position of the Director of a global start-up incubator’s Greek affiliate.
